Filmaker Michael Moore's Message To Wall Street

Michael Moore appeared last night on The Rachel Maddow Show to discuss the events taking place in Wisconsin with the GOP using the 'nuclear option' to pass a bill that would eliminate collective bargaining rights from the majority of state workers. Moore talked about unions and their significance to working class American and had a stern warning to Wall Street.

Corporate Media Go Outside Their "Middle Class" Narrative To Report On Unemployed Households

Something pretty unusual happened last night in the corporate media. What is it?  A profile on unemployed Americans and their families was one of the stories reported in lastnights' 60 Minutes program. This part of America has become 'invisible' in mainstream media these days as they generally obsess about multi million dollar celebrities, athletes, and the corporate elites. It was a welcome change to view a report on Americans who have lost everything as a result of this nation's economic downturn and how they are attempting to make it today in America.
